Terms of Service

1.1. By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1.2. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2.1. The Platform operates as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers; and a direct seller for certain listings.

2.2. When acting as a marketplace, the Platform is not a party to the transaction between buyer and seller.

2.3. When acting as a seller, the Platform assumes the role of the seller for that listing.

2.4. The role applicable to each listing will be indicated where relevant.

3.1. Users must be at least 18 years old.

3.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.

3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

3.4. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

4.1. All auctions are governed by the Auction Rules (click to view) , which form an integral part of these Terms.

4.2. By placing a bid, you agree that bids are binding and irrevocable, and you are legally obligated to complete the purchase if you win.

5.1. Winning bidders must complete payment within 24 hours of auction close.

5.2. Failure to pay may result in account suspension, transaction cancellation, or disqualification from future participation.

5.3. The Platform may relist the item or offer it to the next highest bidder.

6.1. The Platform may charge fees, commissions, or service charges as disclosed.

6.2. Users agree to pay all applicable fees associated with their transactions.

8.1. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of listings.

8.2. The Platform does not guarantee that listings are error-free.

8.3. Users are responsible for reviewing listing details before bidding.

8.4. By submitting content, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to use and display such content.

10.1. Shipping terms are defined in each listing.

10.2. Responsibility and risk transfer are governed by the Auction Rules.

10.3. Delays caused by third-party logistics are not the Platform’s responsibility.

11.1. All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.

11.2. Refunds may be granted for proven misrepresentation or undisclosed material defects.

11.3. All decisions regarding refunds are at the Platform’s discretion.

12.1. Disputes must be raised within 3 days of auction completion.

12.2. The Platform will review disputes at its sole discretion.

12.3. The Platform’s decisions are final.

14.1. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

14.2. The Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or transaction disputes between users.
